Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Leadz at leadz.work. By creating an account or claiming a lead you agree to them.

The service

Leadz is operated by Eleven89, LLC ("Leadz", "we", "us"). Leadz collects requests from customers seeking a local service and makes those requests ("leads") available to businesses ("clients") that serve the matching category and area. Clients are notified of new leads and may purchase them. A purchased lead is exclusive: once a client claims a lead, it is not sold to anyone else.

Accounts

You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep it current. Sign-in is by one-time links sent to your email address, so you are responsible for keeping that email account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Leads and payment

Lead prices are shown before you claim a lead. By claiming a lead you authorize the charge to your payment method, which is processed by Stripe.
Leads are customer requests submitted to us in good faith. We check them for obvious spam, but we cannot guarantee that a customer will respond, hire you, or that the details are complete or accurate.
If a lead is invalid you may return it within 7 days of claiming it, from the lead's page in your account. We review every return and refund approved returns to the card you paid with. A lead is returnable if it is:
- unreachable (the phone and email don't work),
- fake or spam,
- for the wrong service,
- outside your service area,
- a duplicate of a lead you already claimed, or
- invalid for another reason you describe, at our discretion.
Leads that simply didn't convert (the customer didn't answer, was price shopping, or hired someone else) are not returnable.
Customer information in a lead may be used only to respond to that customer's request. You may not resell, share, or add it to marketing lists.

Notifications and SMS terms

Leadz sends account notifications by email when a new customer request is added to your account. Clients may also choose to receive these notifications by text message. The following terms apply to text messaging:

Program. When you opt in, Leadz will send you automated account notification text messages when a new customer request in your service category and area is added to your account. Each message includes a short description of the request and a link to view it in your account.

Consent. You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the "Text message notifications" box in your account settings. Consent is not a condition of purchase. By opting in you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided.

Message frequency varies. You will receive one message per new customer request added to your account, and no more than one message per request.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges from your carrier are your responsibility.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message. You can also turn off text notifications in your account settings.

Help. Reply HELP to any message or email support@leadz.work.

Privacy. Mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You may not use Leadz to send spam, harass customers, misrepresent your business, scrape or copy lead data, interfere with the service, or violate any law. We may suspend or close accounts that do so.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Leadz available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, or the service itself with reasonable notice where practical.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Leadz is provided "as is". We make no warranty that any lead will result in business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing support@leadz.work. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Charges already incurred remain payable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top, and notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
